Coming from a background of no meditation I feel that I have gained a plethora of tools to help me self-regulate as well as a comprehensive understanding of how they work.
I’ve been recommending this course even before I have finished! I can’t wait to spread the word. I really liked the talks! Jasmine’s teaching style is calm and succinct. It has a good speed to the learning and lingered on the topics for just the right amount of time. The class always goes so fast!
Jasmine is a very gifted teacher with an extremely open and kind attitude towards class. I always felt included not only by her but by the group, which is undoubtedly a testament to the example she has set for the rest of us. She always encouraged us and looked for the positive as we struggled to switch off our busy minds to become more mindful. I will remember her teachings forever.

I learnt how meditation encourages sitting straight in the present neither leaning forward into future worry or leaning back into past concerns but breathing relaxed, upright and grounded in the present.
I came to better understand and feel more empathetic to the fact that while we're all in the same boat and that through just by virtue of being human can all experience anxiety and worry there are practical tools available to us through mindfulness and meditation which placate a restless mind and shift experience to one of more steadiness and ease.

I gained an understanding that while from time to time there will be perceived obstacles in meditation, each obstacle has a practical antidote.
