SEEDS WE SOW

How do we breakdown our feelings of lack to show up for ourselves and receive what we need?

How do we cultivate radical self-care and learn to give ourselves the things we need?

How do we push past our fears to attract loving relationships, an abundance mindset/lifestyle and the feeling of deep satisfaction?

How do we stop comparing ourselves to those around us and finally appreciate and find gratitude for what we already have?

How do we stop blaming the conditions we cannot control and realise our inherent power to create the life that we dream?

How can we go with the flow of life and learn to find an unwavering sense of peace wherever we go?

How do we unlearn/let go our self-sabotaging habits and really, truly cultivate deep self-love and acceptance?

How do we feel alive again, untainted by the seasonal changes of anxiety and depression?

How do we find stillness and presence in a mind plagued by stress and incessant chatter?

How do we manage whatever life throws at us with a graceful resilience that transforms our pain into growth?

How do we find and maintain a sense of direction that leads to deep fulfilment?

How do we find and keep happiness?

The Solflower

A WALK THROUGH THE MIND GARDEN

The Mind Garden symbolises our consciousness. It is the internal landscape or lens through which we each navigate life.

As we walk through life’s terrain, we may begin our journey operating on the lower levels of consciousness. In our Mind Gardens this translates to unruly and uncontrollable foliage which obstruct our clear view of the natural beauty around us.

It appears that these ‘weeds’ have taken over, building a vast network, much like neurons in our brains. They fester on negative thoughts and map out places in our gardens for us to trip upon and get pricked. If we didn’t know any better this landscape would seem our only reality.

But fortunately over time, a lucky few of us experience an awakening, whereby a spontaneous event grants us a glimpse of something brighter just beyond that old weed-ridden garden. A spark. Just something to hint at the potential for more joy and less gloom. This is your call to awaken.

And in a small patch of light somewhere, laying dormant among the vines, it reveals itself. A flower.

At Solflower Seeds, we are awakened creators learning how to self-nurture a Mind Garden that invites the flowers and fruit to grow.

So first we must learn how to…

… plant Seeds for the Flowers…

Flowers represent moments of awakening to a higher level of thinking and being. They appear in full bloom when we embody the true nature of who we are - our highest self. When we grow flowers we grow deeper in our understanding of true reality, seeing it with complete clarity unbounded by the limiting constructs and perceptions of the ego.

Attachments to the ego ultimately lead us further away from our highest selves and our inherent state of bliss. These mental afflictions are at the root of suffering blocking our ability access our inner sanctuary. They make our Mind Gardens a dark, painful place to be. We shall call them the ‘weeds’.

… not the Weeds.

Weeds are the false beliefs and illusions that cloud our conscious awareness and inhibit our ability to experience life freely without attachment and suffering.

So when we speak about cultivating a mind garden of flowers rather than weeds, we refer to planting and fostering the seeds of truth which serve our highest good, rather than any false beliefs which we may have picked up or unconsciously sown along the way. We teach you how to recognise the ‘weeds’ before they take over and how to release them from holding you back. By breaking down and unlearning these harmful inner dialogues and patterns of behaviour we ‘pull out’ the weeds that limit the evolvement of our consciousness and our ability to navigate life from a place of calm, wisdom and wonderment.

When our minds are undisturbed, and we have cast away all illusions and weeds, we create the room to allow for the flowers of clarity and peace to blossom. We realise our inherent and unlimited power to create a life and garden of happiness from our awakened state.

We learn how to bloom where we are planted. We learn how to clear out our gardens to create space for what is our divine right. We return back to ourselves and stand in the light. Like a Solflower.

The Solflower is the embodiment of total surrender into the love and oneness of the universe. It is the culmination and unity expression of all seasons and weather conditions come rain, hail or shine. It is our divine nature of life to sunbathe and soak into, following the movements of the sun. That is the Solflower. The one that moves through and blooms into the light.

The Seed

THE CYCLE OF THE SOLFLOWER SEED

Life is about growth.

We are always evolving into greater consciousness. Playing out cycles on repeat. Just as a seed is unearthed to become planted into the rich soil that the hard work of weeding has given way for, we water our creations to cultivate flowers. And then we have seeds again.

What was once a solitary seed holds the potential for an entire flower-covered forest stretching over lands for the eyes of many to behold. And so, life dances in cycles, performing spirals of transformation. It is constantly in progress, always unfolding. On our journey we go through the stages of realisation, destruction, creation, cultivation, transcendence and back again in order to become more conscious, loving, happy and free.

(Here we break down) The 5 Phases in the Cycle of Growth/Transformation Each of them have their own qualities and together the system serves as a compass to help you navigate life. Each phase shows you the meaning behind the difficult situations we may find ourselves in and how to understand a ‘problem’ in a bigger picture sense so that it can be transformed into a conscious and empowered ‘choice’ for growth. So that we can transform fear to love, stress to faith, fight or flight to rest and digest, trauma to healing, self-sabotage to empowerment and limitation to infinite possibility.

This system helps you develop the super power of conscious transformation allowing you to achieve your goals with less resistance and more flow. You will begin to understand divine causality and see from a greater, broader perspective why the challenges we are presented in this life were chosen for us by us. They are necessary for your soul to remember its true natural gifts and the reason why it it is here on earth. Our adversities hint at our inherent potential for something greater.

“Our sufferings hint at our potential to not only relieve and heal ourselves but heal others who identify with us. Our challenges are our teachers or opportunities to learn and grow.”

And so with each layer, each cycle, we are called to delve deeper to unfold the true us, our highest self. Eventually we reach the inner core, the inner guru, the true awareness, Source, God, whatever label you wish to use to point at that which has no name, and we become fully enlightened. It is in the middle of the spiral that we realise who we worked so hard to become and what we worked so hard on to heal and shed, takes us back to the place we started from - ourselves.

All we’ll ever need to be is already ours for the taking. And so, the spiritual journey ultimately leads us back to ourselves. Back to the seed.

Cultivating happiness starts with one seed.

Plant one today.
